It is owned and operated by Samantha Zawerbny, USC™, Certified UltimateStager™, and graduate of the The UltimateStager Academy™.

ABOUT SAMANTHA

I’ve been working in the service industry for over ten years, and staging since I was a little girl. Staging allows me to meet all kinds of different people each day and enables me to help and provide guidance during the stressful process of selling a home. I love to see the priceless look on people’s faces after I’ve transformed a space they’ve lived in for years and years. For me this isn’t work, it’s a joy.

Staging has become my life and I adore every minute of it. As a Certified UltimateStager™, I’m able to transform a space into something of true aesthetic beauty which is half art, half science. Not everybody can see the potential of a space. I pride myself in being among the 10% who can. I’m able to take the focal points and enhance the positives of each room in order to create that “wow” factor among the masses. Staging can truly change the entire look of a home. It creates natural flow, harmony, and symmetry within a space, giving it that Feng Shui feel that is popular in interior spaces.

Staging can be the difference between getting your house sold fast and for top dollar, or having to reduce the asking price after it’s been sitting on the market for a while.
